Workforce Housing
What is Workforce Housing?
Workforce Housing is focused on providing quality and affordable housing for middle-income workers earning between 60-120% of the area median income (AMI). Select 1-Bedroom homes at Wesmont fall under Workforce Housing criteria, meaning select apartments are reserved for renters at or below the 60% or 80% AMI level. Based on the number of occupants in the home, to qualify for Workforce Housing, the total annual gross (pre-tax) income must be at or below the following:
| Number of Occupants: | Household Income Limit for 60% AMI | Household Income Limit for 80% AMI |
| One | $46,500 | $62,000 |
| Two | $53,160 | $70,880 |
| Three | $59,820 | $79,760 |
